Once upon a time, a real estate broker discovered...

...that his own sister had bought a pre-selling residential lot.

A project that–he himself was accredited to sell. 😐

True story.

Lesson: Don't assume your relatives, friends, or acquaintances know that you can help them with their real estate transactions. Sometimes they simply don't know, or it never crosses their mind. A gentle reminder every now and then goes a long way.

Fast forward several years...

The lot has finally been turned over.

And guess who's now answering all the questions about the property?

Yep. The broker brother. 😅
