Why list with JPRE?

Here are five reasons why you should consider listing with us.

  1. Adept in real estate laws and tax regulations

    • We keep ourselves updated with the latest real estate laws and tax regulations. As a result, we minimize any potential surprises with transactions (e.g., sales being subjected to VAT).

  2. Meticulous with documentation

    • We update our RE templates to reflect learnings from past transactions. We, likewise, prepare our contracts and NET proceeds computations to ensure the accuracy of details.

  3. Maximum Online Exposure

    • Properties listed with us will be advertised on the country's top RE platforms: Carousell, Dot Property, Lamudi, RE/MAX Philippines, as well as Facebook and Instagram.

  4. Equipped with the latest tools

    • We invest in tools that maximize the marketability of properties. These include a Digital SLR Camera, a Drone, a GoPro (for drive-by videos), and an Insta360 Camera.

  5. Replies quickly

    • We aim to reply to all inquiries sent via messaging apps within one business day. Of course, we shall prioritize those who properly introduce themselves.
