Revised Zonal Values

BIR RDO 41 has released revised zonal values for Mandaluyong, which are effective September 22, 2022.

According to the revised numbers, the most expensive properties include:

One Sierra Tower - 205,000

One Shangri-La Place - 179,000

St. Francis Shangri-La Place - 168,000

Twin Oaks Place - 158,000

Fame Residences (SMDC) - 155,000

ZITAN - 153,000

Acqua Private Residences - 153,000

Wack Wack Village - 147,000

Shang Residences at Wack Wack - 147,000

Likewise, the BIR has released revised zonal values for the following RDOs:

RDO No. 21A - Angeles City, North Pampanga

RDO No. 23B - Cabanatuan City, South Nueva Ecija

RDO No. 63 - Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro

RDO No. 83 -Talisay City, Cebu

RDO No. 107 - Cotabato City, Maguindanao

RDO No. 99 - Malaybalay City, Bukidnon
