HOW TO REGISTER FOR BSRD

After our Foreigner Condo Registration post, some asked: “How do you actually get a BSRD?” Even some banks aren’t sure—so here’s what we know.

Step 1. Download the BSP forms:

Step 2. Inside the zip (101 files!), use Form W. The rest are mainly for banks.

Step 3. Fill out Form W and email to iod_investments@bsp.gov.ph

, with supporting docs (e.g., copy of the Title).

Notes

+ The process is still basic; few foreign investors seem to have registered so far. Expect BSP to request extras as the workflow matures.

+ BSP is unlike 99.9% of government agencies—they actually reply. In our case, within 1–3 days.
