A FLYERING STORY

Here’s a quick tale to brighten your day—because apparently, my posts have been a bit too “nega” according to a colleague. 😂
Once upon a time in a bustling mall, a good-natured real estate broker ("Broker 1") decided to help a friend ("Broker 2") by covering their shift at a property booth. Broker 2 had a client meeting to attend, and our hero, ever the reliable pal, said, “No worries, I got you.”
For a couple of hours, Broker 1 stood by the booth, cheerfully handing out flyers to passersby who politely smiled and kept walking (as they usually do). Nothing exciting. Just the usual flyer-flicking, smile-till-your-jaw-hurts kind of shift.
Eventually, Broker 2 arrived—about an hour before the shift ended. Broker 1, dreaming of milk tea at that point, handed over the stack of brochures and gave a mock salute. Mission accomplished.
And then… the twist.
Not ten minutes later, a random mall-goer wandered over to the booth. Casual, curious. Chatted with Broker 2 for a bit. Long story short? That walk-in bought TWO units.
Yep. Two.
Broker 1, somewhere en route to his milk tea, never saw it coming. 😂
Moral of the story? Timing is everything. And maybe—just maybe—the universe owes Broker 1 a big fat commission in his next lifetime.
