-Avg: ~13 leads/month
-Held steady early on, but sliding in recent months — likely fallout from the Dot Property merger affecting visibility and traffic
Carousell
-85 total leads
-Avg: ~9 leads/month
-Started decent (16 in Jan) but steadily falling off
Facebook Marketplace
-46 total leads
-Avg: ~5 leads/month
-Spiky results (14 in Mar) but otherwise weak
Takeaways
-Meta Ads is the workhorse, driving over half of all leads
-Lamudi is losing steam post-merger

Note: Carousell visibility seems broken. A search like “Rockwell for Sale” doesn’t even land on page one anymore. That alone makes me question how much budget is worth allocating here.
